So, I’ve been so motivated by one of the blogs I follow, health-is-happiness. I really want to look good for summer, and as soon as soccer season ends I’m in a rut. With all the carbs and protein i take in during season it’s hard to tell myself to stop when we aren’t playing games anymore, but I think I’m saving myself. Yesterday me and Brittany (she spent the night) woke up; made a berry smoothie with an acai power pack and ran FOUR MILES on the local track. WHAT WHAT! and today Ima bout’ tah dew it aggggin..
going to free press summer fest next weekend…… I really hope it’s good.
